Renovations

The Homeowner was having an issue with bonding - there was a small shock when getting in the pool!
The renovation was initiated by the equipment and bonding fix, and the Homeowner decided to do a full backyard makeover!

This outdated pool needed:
WALL FACING: Remove tile on front of retaining wall and replace with Ledgestone
WALL: Add to existing Bond Beam to level the wall to the steps to create a level upper area & install (2) sets of 6’ wide steps
Flagstone cap on Bond Beam & Steps; Ledgestone on face

COPING: Remove and replace stone coping with 12” Travertine coping (Color Selection: Silver, Noche, Ivory)
   12” x 6” 3cm Travertine on Spa with 5cm 24-30” Spillway

 TILE:  Remove and replace with 6x6 tile

POOL REPLASTER: Prep Pool, grind down around all fittings, water proof all penetrations, replace bottom drains, return fittings,
Replaster pool with Stonescapes (Color Selection: French Grey Mini)

BONDING: Run new Bond Wire around pool and spa, connect existing light ground wire to Bond Wire and run back to pool pump

NEW EQUIPMENT:
Hayward H 400k Natural Gas Heater (plus gas line)
Tristar 2.75HP Variable speed pump
New Cartridge Filter sized for pool
Replace Automation Box for:
     Hayward Omni-PL; includes automation & phone remote/smartphone app
     with Hayward T-15, 40K gallon Salt system w/ startup

 LIGHTS: 
Install (1) Colorlogic 1.5” Low Voltage LED Ledge Return Light
Replace existing pool light with (1) Colorlogic Pool LED Light
Replace existing Spa light with (1) Colorlogic Spa LED Light

With our partners at Southern Landscapes and Designs, this project also included New Decking, New Retaining walls, New Sod, Irrigation System, Putting Green, New Deck makeover with Fireplace and Outdoor Grilling station.
